The challenge:

To enable unified, AI-driven access to information, without building a new system and without performing data migration or altering the existing infrastructure.

This layer operates as an AI Data Agent

  • Building a Natural Language–based search mechanism that translates free-form questions into complex data queries.

  • Creating an integration and business logic layer on top of existing data infrastructures (AI as an Overlay).

  • Customizing the AI agent to business and operational needs, aligned with the usage patterns of different teams across the organization.
